These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of brightreelsmedia.online (the "Site") and the services offered by BrightReel Media ("BrightReel," "we," "us," or "our"), operating at the domain brightreelsmedia.online. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
BrightReel Media is a production studio at brightreelsmedia.online. We design and launch business websites, produce AI-assisted video, and help local businesses grow on Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. Work includes shop and service sites, AI stills and short-form video, social publishing when you authorize our apps, and related consulting. We can be reached at discovery@brightreelsmedia.online.
2. Our services
Services offered through the Site may include: custom websites and landing pages; domain and launch setup; AI-assisted stills, scripts, voice, and video; social scheduling and publishing (including Meta/Facebook/Instagram and TikTok Login Kit / Content Posting APIs when you authorize our apps); Google Business and listing alignment; and related growth consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for client engagements are agreed separately (for example by email or a signed proposal) and are not established by these Terms alone.
We disclose that AI tools may be used in websites, imagery, and video. Final client deliverables are subject to the review process described in your engagement materials. We do not claim that outputs are free of AI involvement unless expressly stated. Demo or preview sites are illustrations unless a paid engagement says otherwise.
3. Affiliate disclosure
Affiliate relationships do not influence the independence of our video production or social growth work for clients — commissioned recommendations are limited to clearly marked affiliate pages.
4. Third-party products & medical/health disclaimer
Any health, wellness, or supplement products referenced or linked from this Site (including on our affiliate pages) are sold by independent third parties. We do not manufacture, control, or guarantee these products. Statements about such products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, treatment, or wellness regimen, and before disregarding professional medical advice.
5. No guaranteed results
Video and social media performance (views, followers, bookings, leads, or sales) depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and your business's existing reputation. We do not guarantee specific growth metrics, rankings, or revenue outcomes from our services. We make no unsubstantiated earnings or performance claims.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any law; infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others; upload malicious code; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific client engagement, all video templates, site content, branding, and production systems remain the property of BrightReel Media. Final deliverables produced for a paying client under a specific agreement are licensed or transferred as set out in that agreement.
8. Third-party platforms (including Meta)
Our services may involve publishing to third-party platforms (such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Meta properties). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these platforms. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms.
If you authorize our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Developer App:
- You represent that you have authority to grant the requested permissions for the Page or Instagram account
- You instruct us to use those permissions only to provide the services you requested (for example publishing content you approve)
- You may revoke access at any time in Meta's settings; doing so may limit or end our ability to publish for you
- Platform outages, API changes, policy enforcement, or account restrictions by Meta are outside our control

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightReel Media and its owners/operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site, our services, or any third-party product or affiliate offer linked from the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement in the preceding three months.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms. Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement per the terms of that specific agreement. Upon termination or a verified deletion request, we handle tokens and personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BrightReel Media is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
