We transfer the site to your Vercel — you run it after we show you how
The live site starts on our hosting so it can go up fast. When you are ready, we transfer the Vercel project into an account in your name (your email, your billing). After that you change copy, photos, and hours without waiting on us. We sit with you once and show: login, which file is the homepage, how to publish, how to add a photo. You do not need to become a developer. We just show the clicks.
- You create a free Vercel account with your email: https://vercel.com/signup
- We send a transfer invite from our Vercel team to that email.
- You click Accept. The site URL stays the same. You own the project.
- On a Cal call we click through login → project → Deploy together. You keep the login.
Domain stays pointed at Vercel. If you ever leave us, the site still lives in your account.
1. Send this week
- Legal business name, phone, full address, hours.
- Logo file (PNG or SVG). If you only have a photo of the sign, send that.
- 10–20 photos of the shop, work, and people. Phone photos are fine if they are sharp.
- Three services you want on the homepage, in your words.
- Who answers the phone, and what they should say.
2. Open the doors we cannot open without you
- Google Business Profile — add hello@brightreelsmedia.online as a manager, or forward the postcard PIN.
- Domain — if you already own the name, we will tell you the two DNS records. If you do not, we register it and invoice the yearly fee at cost.
- Instagram / Facebook — switch the IG account to Professional and add BrightReelsMedia as a partner. We do not take the password.

- Someone can find you, tap Call, and tap Maps from the phone in under ten seconds.
- Google shows the same hours and address as the site.
- You have a short video that still makes sense with the sound off.
- We send you the week’s links in Telegram or email. You do not hunt files.

What you do not need to do
Buy a website builder. Hire a separate SEO person in week one. Film a talking-head ad. Comment-keyword funnels. If a platform asks you to “boost” on day one, wait — we will tell you when spend is worth it.
